ARK Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ARK micro") was founded in 2008 and is the only company in China that focuses on depletion-type MOSFET design. The products provide outstanding power handling and power management capabilities in an integrated control manner. All of the company's products are independently developed, and its related technologies have obtained invention patents. ARK micro's products include two product lines: industrial and consumer. The independently developed DMMOS® series products cover the full range of depletion-type MOSFETs.
