REASUNOS

REASUNOS was established in 2007. In 2013, Guangdong Shengri Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was registered, and in 2017, it was renamed "REASUNOS." In 2022, REASUNOS Semiconductor Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. was founded. The company focuses on the design, research, and development of power semiconductor devices and power integrated chips, as well as system solutions. Its main products include SiC MOSFETs, SiC diodes, silicon-based planar MOSFETs, super junction MOSFETs, medium and low voltage MOSFETs, LED driver ICs, motor driver ICs, and a series of ESD and TVS protection devices.
