Handling of Insufficient Stock Quantity with Under a Total Value of $1 after Ordering
1. Why were some quantity of items in my order refunded?
Due to insufficient stock, we are unable to fulfil the purchase quantity of certain components. The insufficient quantity of those items with a total value of less than $1 will be automatically processed by our system and issued a refund to you.
For example: your purchase quantity is 100pcs and we only found 94pcs in stock in our warehouse before shipment, the remaining 6pcs with a total value of less than $1 will be processed and refunded immediately to your LCSC credit balance.
2. How is the refund amount calculated?
The refund amount corresponds to the actual payment for the items. You can check the detailed refund breakdown in your refund record.
3. Where will the refund be issued?
The refund for the corresponding item amount will be credited back to your LCSC account.
4. How can I check the status of my refund?
Yon can go to "Refunds" by clicking "My Account" after logging. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

5. What should I do if I still need these components?
▪ Place a new order and select alternative parts that are in stock.
▪ Contact us via email at support@lcsc.com to check availability.
6. Why are items sometimes out of stock after ordering?
Due to potential system delays, stock quantities may not always be immediately updated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
7. How can I avoid similar issues in the future?

▪ Contact customer service to confirm availability.
8. Will I be notified about this issue?
Yes, we will state it in both the payment confirmation email and shipping notification email to ensure you do not miss this information.
