Position: Sales & Business Development Supervisor

About the Job:

- Key Objectives of this Role: Responsible for E-commerce overseas business development and sales  promotion of electronic components, ensure wider sales goals are met within agreed-upon time constraints

- Locations available: US, UK, Germany, Europe, etc.

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Research target accounts to identify sales and business development opportunities, according to the overall sales plan and strategy of the company, develop team sales goals and strategies are met within agreed-upon time constraints

- Lead sales and business development local teams, familiar with electronic components, develop new clients & new markets and achieve sales targets, keep good relationships with clients and improve sales business

- Analyzing sales statistics, market conditions, and competitive landscape, review the market to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and competition

- Provide accurate and timely reports in support of your role or for management requirements

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or relevant experience

- 3-5 years of sales experience in the electronic components industry, have customer resources in electronic components, the ability of independent business development for new customer

- Strong social skills and excellent communication skills with an ability to adjust approaches based on the audience

- Possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy, excellent relationship management and customer service skills

- Responsible for E-commerce business development and sales  promotion of electronic components

- Responsible for opening up new markets, developing new customers, and increasing product sales scope

- Develop strategic business cooperation with potential customers through industry resources, industry events, personal networks, etc.

Job requirements:

- Minimum Diploma or relevant professional qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of Sales & Marketing / E-commerce Development experience in the electronic component industry

- Good communication skills, strong business negotiation, consultative and closing
