Semiment SC60228DC-TR

SC6022X is a non-contact, high-speed, high-precision magnetic encoder IC. A Hall sensing element matrix is integrated at the center of the chip, generating sine and cosine position signals by sensing a diametrically magnetized magnet placed above. The on-chip ADC samples the amplified sine and cosine signals, and a DSP core performs angle calculation to output various position signals. The SC6022X achieves 12-bit resolution, generating 4096 angular incremental signals per revolution. The zero position can be programmed via SPI interface, with a maximum speed support of 20Krpm. SC60220/1/4 adopt a 16-pin SSOP package with matte tin plating and halogen-free green compound, compliant with environmental requirements. SC60228 adopts an 8-pin SOP8 package with matte tin plating and halogen-free green compound, compliant with environmental requirements.
