Introduction
This CAN transceiver family complies with the ISO1189-2 (2016) high-speed CAN physical layer standard. All devices are designed for CAN FD networks with data rates up to 2Mbps. Devices with a "G" suffix in the part number are intended for data rates up to 5Mbps, and devices with a "V" suffix feature an auxiliary power supply input that provides I/O levels for setting input pin thresholds and RXD output levels. The family offers a low-power standby mode with remote wake-up request capability. In addition, all devices provide multiple protection features to enhance device and network robustness.

- Compliant with ISO11898-2:2016 and ISO11898-5:2007 physical layer standards
- "Turbo" CAN: all devices support Classical CAN and 2Mbps CANFD (Flexible Data Rate), while the "G" option supports 5Mbps
- Short symmetrical propagation delay times and fast loop times for increased timing margin
- Higher data rates on loaded CAN networks
- I/O voltage range supports 3.3V and 5V MCUs
- Ideal passive behavior when unpowered
- Bus and logic pins in high-impedance state (no load)
- Glitch-free power-up/power-down operation on bus and RXD output
- HBM ESD protection: ±16kV
- IEC ESD protection up to ±15kV
- Bus fault protection: ±58V (non-H versions) and ±70V (H versions)
- Undervoltage lockout on VCC and VIO (V versions only) supply terminals
- Driver dominant timeout (TXD DTO)
- Data rates down to 10kbps
- Thermal shutdown protection (TSD)
- Receiver common-mode input voltage: ±30V
- Typical loop delay: 110ns
- Junction temperature range: -55℃ to 150℃
- Available in SOIC(8) and leadless VSON(8) packages (3.0mm×3.0mm) for enhanced AOI capability
