BL BL9342

BL9342 is a high-frequency (1.8MHz) step-down switching regulator with an integrated high-side high-voltage power MOSFET. It delivers a single-channel output of up to 0.6A with high efficiency, achieving fast loop response via current-mode control. The wide input voltage range (4.2V to 40V) supports a variety of step-down power conversion applications. Low shutdown current makes it suitable for battery-powered applications. Under light-load conditions, switching frequency is reduced to minimize switching and gate drive losses, enabling high-efficiency power conversion across a wide load range. Frequency foldback technology helps prevent inductor current runaway during startup. Thermal shutdown provides reliable, fault-tolerant operation. BL9342 is available in a SOT23-6L package.
