MDD(Microdiode Semiconductor) ESD0524P

ESD0524P is an ultra-low capacitance TVS designed for high-speed data interface protection. With a typical capacitance of only 0.2 pF (I/O to I/O), ESD0524P is designed to protect parasitic-sensitive systems from overvoltage and overcurrent transient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) Level 4 (±15 kV air discharge, ±8 kV contact discharge), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) (40 A, 5/50 ns), ultra-fast CDM ESD, and CDE standards. ESD0524P comes in an ultra-compact DFN2510 package. Each ESD0524P device protects four high-speed data lines. The combination of ultra-low capacitance, ultra-small footprint, and high ESD immunity makes ESD0524P ideal for high-speed data ports and high-frequency lines such as HDMI and DVI applications. The low clamping voltage of ESD0524P ensures minimal stress on the protected IC.
