BL0937 is a wide-range, single-phase, multi-function energy metering IC, suitable for applications such as single-phase socket meters, single-phase power strips, and smart home appliance control circuits, offering high cost-effectiveness.
BL0937 integrates two high-precision Sigma-Delta ADCs, along with analog circuit modules including a voltage reference and power management, as well as a DSP circuit for processing electrical parameters such as active power and RMS current/voltage values. It provides a high-frequency CF1 output for indicating RMS current/voltage values, and a high-frequency CF output for energy metering.
BL0937 is capable of measuring single-phase active energy, active power, RMS current/voltage values, and other parameters, fully meeting the requirements of socket meters, single-phase power strips, smart home appliances, and related applications.
BL0937 features a patented anti-creep design, working in conjunction with a well-designed external hardware implementation.
