TM(Shenzhen Titan Micro Elec) TM5020A

TM5020A is a driver IC designed for LED display panels. It features a built-in CMOS shift register and latch function that converts serial input data into parallel output data format. TM5020A provides 16 constant current sources capable of delivering 3~36 mA constant current at each output port to drive LEDs. Multiple OUT driver channels can be short-circuited together for higher current output, with minimal impact on output current when environmental conditions change. An external resistor R(EXT) of selectable resistance value can be used to adjust the output current at each port of the TM5020A, enabling precise control of LED luminance. This makes it well-suited for high-quality white balance display driver modules.
