Introduction
PFC161 is an IO type, static MTP microcontroller. It uses the RISC architecture foundation so that the execution cycle of most instructions is single-cycle, and only a few indirectly addressed instructions require two instruction cycles. PFC161 has a built-in 2KW MTP program memory and 128 bytes of data memory. PFC161 has a built-in maximum of 7 key touch controllers and a hardware comparator. PFC161 provides a 16-bit hardware counter (Timer16) and two 8-bit counters with PWM (Timer2, Timer3).

- Programmable stack pointer and stack depth
- Data access supports direct and indirect addressing modes
- Data memory usable as index pointer for indirect addressing mode
