The PY32F002B series microcontrollers feature a high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ core with a wide operating voltage range. Embedded with 24Kbytes Flash and 3Kbytes SRAM, the MCU operates at a maximum frequency of 24MHz. Multiple products are available in various package types. The chip integrates communication peripherals including I2C, SPI, and USART, along with a 1-channel 12-bit ADC, two 16-bit timers, and 2-channel comparators. The PY32F002B series microcontrollers operate over a temperature range of -40°C ~ 85°C and a supply voltage range of 1.7V ~ 5.5V.
