Introduction
The SC92F732X series is an enhanced 1T 8051-core industrial-grade Flash microcontroller with an instruction set fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product family. It integrates 8KB Flash ROM, 256-byte + 256-byte SRAM, 128-byte EEPROM, up to 26 GP I/Os, 14 external interrupt-capable I/Os, three 16-bit timers, 11-channel 12-bit high-precision ADC, three independent 8+2-bit PWM channels switchable to 6 output pins, tiered I/O drive control (P0 and P2 ports), internal ±1% high-precision high-frequency 24/12/6/2MHz oscillator and ±4% accuracy low-frequency 128K oscillator, external crystal oscillator support, UART and other communication interfaces. To enhance reliability and simplify customer circuit design, it also integrates a 4-level selectable voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, and an independent 2kHz low-power WDT among other high-reliability circuits. With excellent EMI immunity, it is well-suited for IoT control, large and small smart appliances, smart home, chargers, power supplies, model aircraft, walkie-talkies, wireless communications, gaming consoles, and other industrial control and consumer application fields.
