Introduction
The HY-40R201 Bluetooth Low Energy single-mode module is designed for low-power sensors and nearby single-mode devices. The module provides BLE features, including space for the radio, Bluetooth protocol stack, profiles, and customer applications, as well as flexible hardware interfaces for sensor connectivity. It can be powered directly by a standard 3V coin cell battery or a pair of AAA batteries. In shutdown mode at minimum power consumption, it draws only 0.15uA and wakes up within a few microseconds, with a transmission range exceeding 100 meters (tested in free space, face-to-face, at 1.2 meters above ground). The Bluetooth IC is a TTC2640R2 6×6×0.9mm 48-pin IC, using the TI CC2640R2 chip.
