Introduction
A low power, low noise differential driver for driving ADCs up to 18 bits in power-sensitive systems. Features an easy-to-use single-ended-to-differential configuration that achieves a gain of 2 without external components; adding a resistor feedback network enables gains greater than 2, while delivering the low distortion and high SNR essential for driving high-resolution ADCs. With a wide input voltage range (0V to 3.9V from a 5V single supply), rail-to-rail output, high input impedance, and user-adjustable gain, it is suitable for driving single-supply, differential-input ADCs across a variety of low power applications including battery-powered devices and single-supply data acquisition systems. Ideal for driving 16-bit and 18-bit PulSAR ADCs. Fabricated on a proprietary second-generation XFCB process, enabling 18-bit performance at low supply current. Available in an 8-lead miniature LFCSP and 8-lead standard SOIC package, rated for an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
Features
