Introduction
IP5310 is a multifunctional power management SOC integrating a boost converter, lithium battery charge management, battery fuel gauge, and TYPE_C protocol, providing a complete power solution for portable power banks. Its high integration and rich feature set require minimal external components, effectively reducing overall solution size and BOM cost. A single inductor supports both buck and boost functions. The DC-DC converter operates at 500KHz, compatible with low-cost inductors and capacitors. The synchronous boost system delivers a full 3.1A output current with conversion efficiency up to 92%. Automatically enters sleep mode under no-load conditions. Switching charging technology provides up to 3A charging current with charging efficiency up to 90%. Built-in IC temperature and input voltage sensing enables intelligent charging current regulation. Supports I2C interface for reading chip information (customized model IP5310_I2C), with customizable battery capacity curves for accurate battery level indication. Supports 1/2/3/4 LED battery level display and lighting functions. Housed in a QFN32 5*5mm package.
