TI TPS22965DSGR

The TPS22965 is a single-channel load switch with configurable rise time to minimize inrush current. The device incorporates an N-channel MOSFET that operates over an input voltage range of 0.8V to 5.7V and supports a maximum continuous current of 6A. The switch is controlled by an on/off input (ON) that can be directly interfaced with low-voltage control signals. The TPS22965 includes a 225Ω on-chip load resistor for fast output discharge when the switch is turned off. The TPS22965 is available in a small, space-saving 2.00mm x 2.00mm 8-pin SON package (DSG) with an integrated thermal pad to support higher power dissipation. The device is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C in a still-air environment.
