The CSD97376Q4M power stage is highly optimized for use in high-power, high-density synchronous buck converters. This product integrates a driver IC and NexFET technology to complete the power stage switching function. The driver IC features a built-in optional diode emulation function, which enables discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) operation to improve light-load efficiency. In addition, the driver IC supports ULQ mode, which enables Connected Standby for Windows. With PWM input tri-state, quiescent current is reduced to 130μA with immediate response support. When SKIP# is held in tri-state, current is reduced to 8μA (switching resumption typically requires 20μs). This combination delivers high-current, high-efficiency, and high-speed switching in a compact 3.5×4.5mm footprint package. Furthermore, the PCB land pattern has been optimized to help reduce design time and simplify overall system design.
