This product features a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex™-M3 core, operating at up to 96MHz, with built-in high-speed memory and a rich set of enhanced I/O ports and peripherals connected to the external bus. It integrates 2× 12-bit ADCs, 2× 12-bit DACs, 3× 16-bit general-purpose timers, and 1× 16-bit advanced timer. Standard communication interfaces include 2× I2C, 2× SPI, 1× USB, 1× CAN, and 3× UART. The product family operates at 2.0V ~ 5.5V, with temperature range options of -40°C ~ +85°C (standard grade) and -40°C ~ +105°C (extended grade). Multiple power-saving modes ensure low-power application requirements are met. The product is available in 4 package options: LQFP64, LQFP48, LQFP32, and QFN32. Peripheral configurations vary depending on the selected package.
